Network75 is a unique combined work placement and study route to a degree at the University of South Wales. The scheme provides companies with a cost-effective means of accessing high quality, undergraduate trainees.
Network75 trainees grow within their company throughout the duration of the scheme, becoming an integral part of the organisation. Upon graduating Network75 trainees have the qualifications, skills, industry experience and knowledge of a tailor made employee. To date 100% of graduates have received offers of employment from their host companies.
The scheme enables companies to grow their own talent from the local area providing a means of securing their future workforce. The Network75 scheme works in partnership with companies throughout South Wales, from various industry sectors. Network75 is available to any company regardless of size, providing they can offer the trainee with a professional training and development programme. Network75 currently has long standing relationships with some of Wales’ biggest employers including NHS Wales, GE Aviation Wales, Morgan Sindall, Principality Building Society, SPTS Technologies, Safran Seats, ARUP, Atradius, Network Rail, Meritor, Zimmer Biomet and Astra Games.
Network75 has an effective and established recruitment process for all trainees. All applications are carefully processed and all promising applicants are interviewed by the team to ensure high quality candidates are available to our companies. The Network75 team work closely with host companies to continually develop trainees.
The Network75 scheme is tried and tested. Since being established in 2000 the scheme has produced over 130 graduates, many of which are now acting as mentors for the current generation of Network75 trainees.
