Increase Productivity

Apprentices can help keep your business up to date with the latest academic and technical knowledge and bring fresh ideas into the workplace.

Flexible

Degree apprenticeships can be designed around the needs of the employer. We will work together to ensure that the apprenticeship scheme works for the employer and apprentice.

Our dedicated team will support the employer and apprentice throughout their journey.

The Professional Academy will undertake a training needs analysis with the company and individual apprentice, to identify the best route for both parties and assess a suitable level of entry.

As part of our partnership we will provide updates on the apprentices progress as well as offer opportunities to meet throughout their time on the programme.

Employers can choose to upskill existing apprentices or recruit and train new apprentices at degree level.

If you are interested in the Engineering Degree Apprenticeship programme and would like to discuss how we can work together please contact us.
